### Client rooms

A client room groups the project summary, value, status, delivery details, and delivery workflow for one client project.

### Client portal

The client portal is a private link through which a client can view the information shared by the workspace owner, including agreements, payment status, milestones, documents, deliverables, and updates.

### Agreements

Agreements can be shared for client review and signature within the project workflow.

### Payment tracking

FinalRoom records payment status, collected amounts, and remaining balances. It does not process client payments.

### Milestones

Milestones communicate what has been completed, what is in progress, and what comes next.

### Documents

Workspace owners can share client-visible project resources through the existing private portal file flow.

### Deliverables and approvals

Deliverables can be shared for review so that approvals and change requests stay connected to the project.

### Action Center

The Action Center surfaces project work that needs the workspace owner's attention.
